Registration fees

For the 3 days:

• Author and listener fees: 800€ (“early bird” before October 15th 2013), then 950€
• Discounted students fees: 150€

Note: Papers authors are allowed to register only for the scientific sessions (last day), with a registration fee at: 250€

Notes

• All symposium attendees must register. For each accepted paper, at least one author must register in advance.

• The registration includes:
  • Admission to all the keynote speeches and sessions.
  • One set of the symposium proceedings in CD-ROM format or USB key, and one set of paper copies.
  • Meals and coffee-break services.

Hotels

A certain number of hotel rooms have been pre booked for the symposium (refer to the list hereafter). When calling the hotels for booking, please specify you come for the "ISAA 2013 - airworthiness symposium".

Bus shuttle

A free bus shuttle between Toulouse donwtown and ENAC (place of the symposium) will be set up.

The departure location (dowtown) of this shuttle will be in front of the Air France building, located 2 Boulevard de Strasbourg – Toulouse, in the area where all the pre booked hotels are. For the pick-up time, please refer to the program.
